If you submit your order before 2pm GMT (Monday-Friday) it will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, due to circumstances out of our control. We are not able to refund delivery costs in the event the delivery date falls outside of the provided estimates. Working days are Monday to Friday. Deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on Bank Holiday.
Standard 48 Hour Courier
We use a 48 hour courier service as standard for UK orders. Orders should reach you within 1-2 Working days from when you place your orders. This service covers mainland UK, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight which will take 3 - 5 Days to deliver.
Next Day Service
Orders placed for next day service before 2:00 PM GMT will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Saturday delivery is possible if your order is placed between 3pm Thursday and 2pm Friday using the express service. Next Day Service is not available to all UK postcodes and will be offered at checkout if available to your address. As this service is not guaranteed, we are not able to refund delivery costs in the event the delivery date falls outside of the provided estimate.
Royal Mail Tracked
Orders using this service should be delivered within 3-5 Days. This service can be tracked throughout the delivery process. This is not the same as Royal Mail First Class and does take slightly longer. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.
Northern Ireland
Orders to Northern Ireland will be dispatched via our courier service and should be delivered within 3 - 5 days.
Channel Islands
Orders to the Channel Islands will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked service and should be delivered within 3-5 Days. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.
British Forces Post Office (BFPO)
Orders to a BFPO will be dispatched via our courier and should be delivered within 3-5 Days.
International Delivery
European UnionOrders to all 27 European Union member states will be shipped by Royal Mail Airsure or by DPD Courier, prices vary by country and weight of the order. Pricing is available in the Shopping Bag or at Checkout. Delivery should occur within 3 - 10 working days but on few occassions can take longer. Unfortunately we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on EU deliveries.

Rest of WorldOrders shipped to non EU destinations will be dispatched via Royal Mail Airsure, prices vary by weight of the order and are limited to 2kg. Pricing is available in the Shopping Bag or at Checkout.

Customs, Import Charges & VAT
Customs Charges Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
VAT
VAT will be charged on all orders shipped within the EU. VAT will not be charged for all non EU countries including Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
