PLEASE NOTE

Beyond Retro are unable to compensate over £50 for lost return parcels. We can only compensate to a maximum of £50 per lost order with the Inpost and Royal Mail services we provide. For returns valued over £50 it is your responsibility to insure against any losses. You can also use an insured service with any other courier at your own cost.

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase but if you unfortunately are not, you are able to return your online items to us. You have 14 days to return your item, or if you let our Customer Care team know in within 14 days, we will allow you an additional 14 days to get your item to us via one of the listed methods below.

Please note, all returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

Sale items do not qualify for free UK return shipping. Return parcels containing only sale items using our prepaid labels will incur a £3.95 deduction of the refund total.

If you are returning multiple orders, please ensure each order (not item) is packed separately, with an individual label for each order, this ensures you can claim maximum compensation for each parcel if it were to go missing.

We aim to process your return within 14 working days of your goods being delivered in our offices (excluding weekends and bank holidays) though this may rise slightly during busier times, Garage Sale, Christmas etc.

To return your parcel with Royal Mail, visit the portal above, register your return and drop it at your local post office!

In Store Returns

Online items purchased at full price can now be returned to any of our UK or Swedish stores up to a maximum of 6 items. Please return your items with the tags attached and a completed returns from. The staff will process the return at the till. Exchanges for store items are not permitted. Usual returns terms apply. As a thank you for choosing this option we also offer £5 off any full price in-store purchase over £20 in our UK stores.

We cannot process online sale items in any of our stores.

International Returns

Please send any returns to the above address. The cost of returns for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.

What happens once I have sent my items off?

Once we have received your returned goods to our warehouse we will send you an Email once your refund has been processed.
Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. If you paid partly by Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used. If you do not inform us that you want to return the item within 14 days of delivery, or if your return does not reach us within 14 days of informing us that you want to return it, your return will fall under our 360 scheme. While we try and process refunds within days of items arriving back to our warehouse, please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If there is any problem with your order please contact our customer care team at: customercare@beyondretro.com 
Please include your order number with any item you return. The item number should start with E000. It's also useful to include the date of purchase, your original receipt (if you have it) and a brief description of the damage or defect.
Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.

Can I exchange an Item online?

If you would like to exchange an item the best thing you can do is place a new order for the new item you want and then return the items you don't want for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

In the interests of hygiene, make-up and toiletries, swimwear, intimate apparel and pierced earrings cannot be returned.
