Terms & Conditions
- Your returns form will be emailed to you and must be completed with the same details as per your order and must be signed to say that you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Once our team receives your parcel you will receive a confirmation to let you know it has arrived safely. We aim to complete the whole process within 14 days of receipt.
- The condition of returned items will be visually graded by our expert team.
- All items must be returned in the same, good, usable condition they were originally purchased.
- Items must have been purchased, full price from Beyondretro.com within the last 12 calendar months.
- Grading of the items will be at the discretion of Beyond Retro and our decision is final.
- When garments have been cleared by our grading team, you’ll automatically receive an email containing your unique Beyond Retro gift code worth 30% of the original item(s) cost(s) for use online whenever you wish.
- Garments that are found to be returned in a substandard, unsaleable condition will be passed for use elsewhere in the fabric industry. Of course, we’ll notify you of the reasons why and as a goodwill gesture you will receive 10% of the original item cost.
- Although we offer free returns shipping to us via Collect Plus, all responsibility for the items is the customer’s own until they are tracked to Beyond Retro. Compensation can be paid up to £50 from Collect Plus but parcels of a higher value will not be compensated unless further insurance is purchased. Please keep the tracking reference safe until we have confirmed your parcel had been processed.
- Customers using this scheme from outside the UK must pay for their own shipping to our offices. Please send these parcels to Beyond Retro 360, 23-28 Penn St. London, UK, N1 5DL
- Unfortunately 360 parcels cannot be accepted in-store.
