UK ONLINE RETURNS

We offer Free Return Postage on UK mainland orders using Collect+ for full price items. We are unable to offer free returns on sale items.
If you wish to return a sale item, please send back using your Collect+ label and we will deduct £3.95 from the refundable total.
We include the Free post returns information with your order.
You must obtain Proof of Postage when sending parcels to us as the items are your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse.
We are unable to accept online returns in our stores, please follow the below instructions to return an online purchase.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. You can return items up to 14 days from the day your order is delivered.


Please note, all returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility Collect+ Fuss Free Returns If you are a UK customer you can return your order free via any local supermarket, newsagent or corner shop that offers the Collect+ service. There are thousands of shops nationwide offering the service and Collect+ shops have extended opening hours, with many shops open seven days a week.

Find your nearest Collect+ Store

All you need to do is complete the returns form that came with your order and pop it in the parcel with your returns. Peel off the Collect+ label from your Returns Note and stick it onto your parcel.

Take your parcel to your local Collect+ store, where you'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. Please ensure you retain this proof of postage so in the unlikely event your parcel goes missing, you’ll have proof you sent it. You can track your return using the code you were given on your Collect+ receipt. In the unlikely event of your item(s) being lost or damaged, Collect+ will pay compensation on valid claims to the level of cover purchased or the value of the item (whichever is the lesser); please note that the fee for the additional cover is non-refundable. Beyond Retro offer standard Collect+ tracking for free, with cover up to the value of £50. You are able to upgrade your cover for larger items, for more information visit the Collect+ website.

If you are returning multiple orders via Collect+, please ensure each order (not item) is packed separately, with an individual Collect+ label for each order, this ensures you can claim maximum compensation for each parcel if it were to go missing.

Your return will be completed within 7 working days of your goods being collected (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please send any returns to the above address. The cost of returns for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your returned goods to our warehouse we will send you an Email once your refund has been processed.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. If you paid partly by Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used. If your return does not reach us within the valid returns period of 14 days from receipt, you will be given an online voucher for the value of your goods. While we process refunds within days of items arriving back to our warehouse, please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If there is any problem with your order please contact our customer care team at: customercare@beyondretro.com 

Please include your order number with any item you return. The item number should start with E000. It's also useful to include the date of purchase, your original receipt (if you have it) and a brief description of the damage or defect. 

Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.

 

EXCHANGING ITEMS

If you would like to exchange an item the best thing you can do is place a new order for the new item you want and then return the items you don't want for a full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

In the interests of hygiene, make-up and toiletries, swimwear, intimate apparel and pierced earrings cannot be returned.
