Customer Support / Office Assistant

A full time opportunity has arisen for a customer care / office assistant.
This is a combined entry level role with equal parts spent ensuring excellent customer support is delivered for our online store as well as assisting in office duties from reception to general office admin.
As Customer Care you will be responsible for:
- Offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service
- Building a strong understanding of our products and brand
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers
- Responding to customer inquiries through a ticket system and over live chat
- Tracking orders & taking care of all shipping occurrences
- Checking fraud
- Assisting the E-Commerce team and Product team as needed
As office assistant you will:
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the office
- Assist in providing support to our UK and Sweden store
- Provide support and assistance to the Office Manager
- Answer all calls to the company
- Meet and greet clients
- Assist with general Office Administration
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English with a minimum GCSE grade in English
- Demonstrates customer centric thinking, prioritising the needs of the consumer
- Takes ownership of own development, actively seeking and responding to feedback
- A dynamic individual with a flexible can do approach
- Possesses a strong work ethic demonstrating integrity at all times
- A clear telephone voice
