OFFICE ASSISTANT - 3 week Annual Leave Cover

We're looking for a reliable and organized office assistant to cover our Office Manager for when she goes on Annual Leave from the 29th of May to the 15th of June including a one day handover week 21. This is a flexible part time role but you need to be available to work Mondays plus two more days each week minimum.

Your role...
You need to be organized, friendly and good at lasing with all kinds of different people. You need to work well unsupervised, be reliable and good at handling the stressful situations that can occur in a busy retail environment.

You will be expected to:

  • Represent Beyond Retro as the first point of contact for calls, deliveries and visitors
  • Be in charge of all office supplies and shopfittings, weekly boxed up and sent to stores
  • Sort, scan and file all post
  • Raise PO's, purchase and organize all orders, facilities management and travels for the office, warehouse and stores
  • Obtaining quotes and carry out various research projects
  • PA support to Managing Director
