The Position:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager in the UK, this Temporary Full-Time maternity cover role (expected a
minimum of 6 months) in either Stockholm or London will work closely with the Marketing team to fulfill all creative
requirements for the Beyond Retro brand across all Stores, E-commerce and Social Media. Core responsibilities include
the production of creative assets whilst continuously maintaining the company's brand aesthetics, internally and
externally. As well as reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company's visual representation in all aspects of design
including typography, branding, and image use/placement.

Responsibilities:
● Produce seasonal design and brand guidelines such as; typography, photography, colour palettes,
illustrations, layouts etc
● Create relevant creative assets for social content for all global channels
● Work with the Ecommerce team to support the website requirements for HP, email and digital marketing
● Work with the team on best practice for branding/visuals in store and digital with alignment to brand
values
● Responsible for creating all POS, in-store/external branding and producing seasonal assets for both print
and digital. (Stockholm candidates responsible for ordering these assets in the Nordics)
● Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to support design for all major drops and store launches
● Support the brand requirements for photoshoots via art direction and photography
● Select, under GMD guidance, the lead imagery for light boxes and internal digital screens and execute
accordingly
● Work with the marketing team to produce event, advertising and promotional assets needed, bringing ideas
to the table
● Manage internal briefing systems and create an organized process for all requests.
● Create additional content where required to support reactive needs such as micro trends, still assets and
special projects.

Requirements/skills
● Experience working with online and offline graphic design with a focus on retail stores.
● Adaptable and open to ideas - from trying new creative concepts, working reactively and working with new
collaborators.
● Be a clear planner and communicator - curating briefs and required feedback from team members.
● Confidently manage multiple tasks at the same time.
● Represents our brand effectively onsite and off site.
● Confident in reporting to key stakeholders across the business
● Can review brand guidelines and interpret accordingly for the brand
● A strong eye for aesthetics and details

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies
● A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a graphic design role.
● Experience in the retail fashion industry
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Developed skills in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver,
Photoshop)
● Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
● Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
● A good human who cares about their peers :)
