The Position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ecommerce expert to join our fast-paced team in London. This role is
focused on improving the ecommerce website; driving traffic, increasing conversion rate and site engagement
metrics to build revenue and our returning user base. This position reports directly to the E-commerce Manager,
and will also be in regular contact with the marketing team. You will be responsible for the presentation, content,
SEO, maintenance, catalogue and overall business health of key products and services being sold.

Responsibilities:


● Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce website(s)
● Website and user journey testing to identify areas of improvement within the e-commerce offering - CRO,
UX, design etc.
● Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated
content be shared across the beyond retro site
● Working alongside the ecommerce business manager to produce and develop weekly and ongoing email
campaigns, newsletters and blog posts.
● To be responsible for running both facebook and google advertising campaigns around key events periods
in line with the business strategy
● Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing
strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.

● Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organised and
monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Possessing a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media
assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
● Having the ability to multitask, prioritise and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining
attention to detail.
● Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and present recommendations

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies
● Shopify Plus or other ecommerce CMS, CRM (Wordpress, Magento for example)
● A basic knowledge / experience of Search Engine Optimisation
● Proficient in excel/reporting
● Experience of working with Google Analytics to understand customer journey and behaviour data.
● Excellent written and spoken English
● Enthusiastic and proactive
● Attention to detail
● Degree, e-Commerce or Digital marketing qualification.
● An interest in vintage or sustainable fashion is desirable
