How annoying is it when you miss a delivery? You look at the little postcard left by the delivery driver praying that it will say 'with your neighbour at no.10' but no - it's gone back to the depot. Now you have to get up really early, or spend your Saturday morning queuing with all the other busy people who missed their deliveries to get your hands on your newly purchased goods. Well never again Beyond Retro shoppers! Because now, you can click and collect at a place and time to suit you - all at no extra cost!

We now offer a Click & Collect or Pick Up In-store service in the UK at no extra cost! Just choose your nearest pick up point at the checkout and collect whenever is most convenient.

Picking up in-store? Double bonus... You can try on in store and if it's not right, you can get a refund right then and there.

Our Click & Collect service is powered by Hubbox.

How does it work?

1. Place your order
When you place your order, select Hubbox Click & Collect as your delivery option.

2. Select your pick-up location
You will then be asked to select where you would like to pick your delivery up from. You can choose a Hubbox collection point handy for you or you can collect your parcel from our of our stores.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirming your collection point address and expected date.

3. Wait for the email to say your parcel is ready for collection
When your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirming that the parcel is ready for you at your chosen pick-up location. The email will contain a unique code. You will need this code with you when you collect the parcel.
If you've lost your code and you are picking up from one of our stores, don't panic. You can collect the parcel by showing our staff one of the following forms of ID: Credit/Debit card, Passport, Driving Licence.

4. Collect your parcel when it suits you
Take your parcel home and enjoy your vintage purchases!

How long will my order be held at the store / collection point?

Your order will be held for 14 days. After this, it will be returned to us and we will issue you a refund. If you think you might miss the deadline, get in touch with our Customer Care team.

Can someone else pick my package up for me?

Sure! As long as they have the collection code, you can ask a friend or relly to pick up for you. Sweet!

My plans have changed, I want to pick my parcel up from somewhere else!

Give us a call or email as quick as you can and we'll do our best to change your collection point. We can't make any promises but we'll try.

I've lost my unique collection code - Oops!

Don't worry. If you are collecting from one of our stores, you can show your ID to one of our team members instead. You'll need one of the following: Credit/Debit card, Passport, Driving Licence.
If you are collecting from a Hubbox point, get in touch with us and we'll try to find your original code.

My parcel hasn't arrived / I haven't received any notifications.

Oh no! Get in touch with us straight away and we'll get right on top of sorting this for you.

If I collect in store and the item isn't right, can I get a refund right there?

You sure can!
We know how annoying it is having to send online orders back so grab your parcel, head to the fitting rooms and if you're not happy with your purchase you can get a refund straight away at the cash desk from one of our friendly team members.

Will my package be secure until I pick it up?

Yes. Our collection points are powered by Hubbox and all their locations are secure and tamper-proof. In-store collections are locked away and only accessible by Beyond Retro team members.

Will I have to go far to find a collection point?

No, we have over 4000 collection points spread right across the UK and our handy map will help you search the collection points closest to you or a specified location.
