HOW IT WORKS

 

1. Clear out your closet.

2. Bring 10-20 of your quality preloved pieces to one of our stores. We will pick and choose what we like. Please see below for what items we're on the hunt for.

3. You'll receive up to 40% of the selling price via a Beyond Retro voucher to spend in-store. UK customers can also use this voucher online.

 

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I BRING MY ITEMS?

 

- The Exchange programme is available in all Beyond Retro stores. See full store list here.

- Drop-offs are accepted Monday - Friday only.

- If a store is hosting a Super Saver Sale, that store cannot accept items during that time.

- Due to high demand, processing may take up to 72 working hours.

 

WHAT ITEMS CAN I BRING IN?

 

As a trend-led retailer, we're looking for in-demand, well-made pieces, that meet the quality and condition you expect to find in our stores.

 

We carefully curate our stock, so not all items may be accepted. Use the guidelines below to help you decide what to bring.

 

- We accept clothes in good, clean condition.

- We accept trend-led, in demand items (Carhartt workwear, True Religion jeans, Y2K Fashion, cool, unusual pieces).

- We accept vintage designer and and high street items.

- We accept kids clothes (sizes 122 - 170)

- We accept product that is the curent season.

 

- We do not accept ultra-fast fashion items.We cannot accept any Shein, Boohoo or Temu items.

- We do not accept damaged clothes.

- We do not accept more than 20 items at a time.

 

Please keep in mind that any items we're unable to accept will need to be taken back or donated to a nearby donation centre (we no longer do this on your behalf), so we encourage you to only bring in your best pieces.
