Our Design: We rummage through these incredible raw materials, combining our knowledge of vintage fashion and trend forecasting to transform discarded clothing into unique, upcycled fashion.
Our Process: We deconstruct to reconstruct. Beyond Retro LABEL is made entirely from recycled clothing, even the trims and hardware are re-used when possible.
Our Factory: Beyond Retro Label is produced at a factory fully operated by us. Located in western India, in the epicenter of second-hand sorting, and over 34.5 million highly-skilled artisans call it home.
Years of sourcing vintage in the region made it a natural choice for our first factory and a more meaningful investment in the local community.

Standard Courier
We use a courier service as standard for UK orders. Orders should reach you within 3-4 Working days from when you place your orders. This service covers mainland UK, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight which will take 3 - 5 Days to deliver.
Express/Next Day Service
Orders placed for Express/Next Day service before 2:00 PM GMT Mon-Fri will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding weekends and holidays) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available. Next Day Service is not available to all UK postcodes and will be offered at checkout if available to your address. As this service is not guaranteed, we are not able to refund delivery costs in the event the delivery date falls outside of the provided estimate.
Royal Mail Tracked
Orders using this service should be delivered within 3-5 Days. This service can be tracked throughout the delivery process. This is not the same as Royal Mail First Class and does take slightly longer. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.
Northern Ireland
Orders to Northern Ireland will be dispatched via our courier service and should be delivered within 3 - 5 days.
Channel Islands
Orders to the Channel Islands will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked service and should be delivered within 3-5 Days. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.
British Forces Post Office (BFPO)
Orders to a BFPO will be dispatched via our courier and should be delivered within 3-5 Days.
International Delivery
Free International Delivery for orders over £125.
Orders to the below countries will be shipped by DHL Courier, prices vary by country and weight of the order except where indicated. Pricing for your order is available in the Shopping Bag or at Checkout. Delivery should occur within 3 - 10 working days but on few occasions can take longer. Unfortunately we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on EU deliveries.

Customs Charges Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

VAT
VAT will be charged on all orders shipped within the EU. VAT will not be charged for all non EU countries including Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Description: The item appears worn, and may have visible flaws. It is being offered because the item is highly desirable or it is more than 50 years old. The item is still considered wearable. The fault may be outlined in the garment description.
Unused
Description: Vintage clothing that has never been worn before. Usually these unworn items are complete with the original merchandise tags. These items are also graded for condition.
New
Description: These are brand new non vintage items that we stock to help you complete your look.
The majority of items in our vintage and retro catalogue are used items and subsequently, not all items will be perfect. During our selection process, we examine each item in detail to check the quality of the item and to determine if there are any issues about the item that you need to know about. We are very honest in our selection and grading process because we want you to know exactly what you are buying and we want you to be happy and come back to us for more!
We offer Free Return Postage on UK mainland orders using Collect+ for full price items. We are unable to offer free shipping for returns on sale items.
If you wish to return a sale item, please it send back using your Collect+ label and we will deduct £3.95 from the refundable total.
We include the Free Post returns information with your order.
You must obtain Proof of Postage when sending parcels to us as the items are your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse.
We are unable to accept store purchases through our online returns process, store purchases must be returned to one of our stores.
