The Position:
Our Sales Assistants provide an inclusive, fun and authentic customer experience that truly represents the Beyond Retro
brand. They welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have an
awesome and inclusive experience!
Beyond Retro aims to be a shopping experience out of the ordinary and our main focus is always to make the customer
happy. This must be the main focus of anyone who works in the company, independently of title. Every member of staff can
temporarily be assigned to the shop floor or the Inventory dept. and should have adequate training for the job. Training will
be provided during the employment.
When on the floor; You are the face of Beyond Retro.
● It is your job to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
● Maintain friendly and professional manner with all customers. Greet everyone who walks in, aid and guide them.
● Run dressing-rooms during high traffic periods and as requested by senior staff.
● Restock and move around the floor as instructed by senior staff.
● Steam/clean product.
● Administrative duties such as cash wrap procedures.
● Stay aware of all safety and security procedures for the shop.
● Keeping the shop floor, back-stock area and personnel space clean, including the kitchen and bathroom.

When working in the inventory department:
● Complete tasks given by senior staff.
● Carry out the work under health and safety guidelines.
● Work together with warehouse staff as a part of the team in the
● production line.
● Tasks in the warehouse are: hanging, tagging, alarming, de-alarming,
● boxing product, lifting boxes and cleaning.
