The Position:
The Digital Product Training Designer will work closely alongside our Product and Learning & Development teams to
support the creation and continual maintenance of a multilingual Product Training Program for our Picking Teams
around the world. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager and Head of Vintage, Buying & Grading, this
part-time remote-based role will support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of an ever growing
catalogue of courses. This is an amazing opportunity to support the Buying side of our business and build an
understanding of how we source the vintage we sell in our stores! The ideal candidate will be ‘computer savvy’ and a
digital content aficionado! Experience in Graphic Design, Photoshop and Video Editing is a plus, but training in our
content authoring tools will be provided.
Responsibilities Include:
● Support the L&D Dept with the timely creation of the Focus Pick and Star Rating Programs.
● Assist the Product Department with all instructional design projects.
● Coordinate and implement the translation of all Product Training Programs into Hindi, Urdu & Spanish.
● Liaise the Head of Product to ensure all Academy content is in alignment with the Vintage Buying Strategy
● Maintain all courses and videos to ensure they remain up to date.
● Review course content for relevancy, accessibility and usability.
● Work with Global teams to ensure roll out of programs are successful and provide feedback on any
learning needs.
● Create visual products using various content authoring tools e.g. design graphics, icons, video,
animation and infographics using graphic design skills.
● Conduct literature reviews, data collection and analyses to evaluate the success of training.
● Conduct research on user-experience and propose innovative ideas and solutions for improving
end-user learning experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
● An ability to work cooperatively in a fast paced, team environment
● Skilled in digital content creation techniques like graphic design, photo editing and video editing
● A good understanding and interest in our product and how we source it.
● Good organizational skills with ability to identify and follow through on priorities
● Self-motivated, flexible, very organized, detail-oriented, a strong problem solver; and able to work well
under pressure
● Vintage and fashion knowledge is a bonus!
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Interest in training technology, with an eye to providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
● A good human who cares about their peers : )
