Vintage Spotlight #79

Remember that self-denigrating Robbie Williams song that goes "Early morning when I wake up / I look like Kiss but without the makeup"? 'Strong' - that's the one (don't worry, most of us knew the answer straight away too). Well, here's that line in t-shirt format, and we have to say Robbie was a little harsh in his judgement - we reckon they look allllright. Of course by the time it was produced for the 1986 Asylum tour the band had "unmasked" in their pursuit of substance over style, but it's still a pretty nifty find nonetheless. This is probably as subtle as it gets when it comes to Kiss, so if you're a fan who wants to Shout It Out Loud (but without the makeup), head to Soho to grab it now.
