Welcome to your Travel Guide. A list of penny-saving hot spots which will take you off-the-beaten-track. Plus, we will lift the lid on living like a local. 'Tell me more' we hear you cry...
What better for the latest addition than a staycation in our very own Brighton. Because we do love to be beside the seaside. Plus... flights are pricey, right?
Brighton: A seaside town with a bit of punch. From King George IV to Graham Greene, Fatboy Slim and the mods and rockers, fans of this city have sewn the fabric of Brightons culture and ensured that it has become one of the coolest places in the UK.
What to do: Wile away the hours by taking a trip to the North Laines. Think art lined walls, craft shops, cafes and stores filled with bric-a-brac... plus vegan shoe stores to boot. Once you've had your fill of candyfloss and pier rides, peel yourself from your deckchair and fill your face with local grub and live music at Brighton's Street Diner. Psst... among the many hidden gems of our vibrant city, you'll find a Beyond Retro store in an old bus warehouse down Vine St!
What to pack: Bright prints, seaside stripes and plenty of denim; bonus points for culottes and a touch of metallic. Oh and don't forget those statement sunnies.
