Beyond Days Weekender: Line-up Announced!

Posted on May 10 2011

The moment we've all been waiting for is here - the line-up for the Beyond Days Weekender at Beyond Retro | Brighton has been announced! Feast your eyes on this! The event starts this Thursday 12th May with bands performing from 2PM to  7PM in the vintage emporium that is Beyond Retro | Brighton. The only way we could possibly be more excited about this is to hear the last acts and special guests to be announced; to find out first, head over to the official event page on Facebook. This year's line-up is enough to rival the biggest stages at the Great Escape Festival so our huge thanks go to So Darn So and My Band's Better Than Your Band for putting it together. Special mention also goes to Beyond Retro's own Ryan Gillett for designing the spectacular Beyond Days logo - thanks Ryan! Have a listen to the bands below and imagine yourself watching them, near the seaside,  surrounded by tea, cakes, ice cream and the best vintage clothes in Brighton... bliss!

Thursday 12th May

Rizzle Kicks | Cloud Control | Treetop Flyers | My New Favourite Tribe

______________

Friday 13th May

Bleeding Knees Club | Michael Kiwanuka | Tribes | Kyla La Grange

______________

Saturday 14th May

To Kill A King | Dry The River | Filthy Boy

_____________

Though this is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the festival calendar, we're a vintage clothing shop, not the Pyramid Stage; space is limited so make sure you arrive in plenty of time to catch your favourite band of the weekend!

We are very lucky to have a store big enough to host gigs, fans keen to come to them and a thriving musical community in Brighton to support them. To keep things that way, we ask you to enjoy yourselves but also to respect our neighbours by keeping in mind that you are not allowed to bring alcohol into the shop and that we do have bathroom facilities once you're there.

See you at the seaside!
