Supervisor - Stockholm

Beyond Retro Supervisors are our store ambassadors. They lead by example and deliver gold standard customer service at all times. As well performing the normal shop floor duties they are an important link between  our sales associates and our managers. Our Supervisors deputise for the Assistant Manager and Manager in their absence and may be in sole charge of stores in their absence.

Supervisor duties are as follows:

  • Delegation of tasks

  • Supervising and motivating staff

  • Supervising accurate stock rotation and replenishment procedure

  • Store opening and closing.

  • Cashing up tills and safe storage of daily takings

  • Accurate cash handling and banking

  • Liaising between staff and management

  • Accurate recording of stock movement

  • Accurate pricing of product

  • Ensuring all Health and Safety measures are adhered to

  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed

  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints

This list is not exhaustive and there may be other duties as requested by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager

 

Customer service

  • Provide excellent customer service which includes greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining a friendly professional manner at all times

  • Help customers in finding product

  • Develop a rapport with regular customers

  • Communicate customer requests to management

  • Provide personal shopping on request (All associates should be able to style all age groups with confidence)

  • Dress customers for themed events

 

Product knowledge

  • Keep up to date with current high street and catwalk trends

  • Keep up to date with all product knowledge provided by product department and managers

 

Shop floor tasks

  • Must work effectively as part of the team

  • Assist in stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales areas on a daily basis

  • Assist visual merchandisers and managers in floor moves, merchandising and display maintenance

  • Run dressing rooms in line with company standards

  • Assist in all areas of stock rotations as requested by management or stock room

  • Sort/hang/steam and tag product as required

  • Handle deliveries. (Staff may be expected to carry boxed and railed product in and out of the store on a regular basis).
